The ASPA Engineering LLC is composed of a team of licensed professionals that are committed to quality, timely and accurate consulting services. Our goal is to assist real estate owners and prospective purchasers to evaluate their property, provide due diligence, identify conditions and promulgate recommendations that will add value, make safe, conserve and put the property into good manageable conditions.
In the past twenty (20) years of service, our consultants gained diversified experience in property valuation reports, development studies, property rehabilitation and retrofitting projects, use conversions, project management, construction supervision and budget administration. We’ve inspected hundreds of buildings in New York City and the vicinity.
During the 1980’s, we performed dozens of building Inspection reports which were filed with the NYS Attorney General’s Office and published in Offering Plans of Coop and Condominium conversions in New York City and the vicinity.
During the 1990’s we performed dozens of construction inspections and supervision of gut-rehabilitation and total building restoration projects in New York City serving City agencies [HPD], serving lending institutions [CPC, Citibank], as well as non-profit, low-income development organizations [Banana-Kelly].
During the 2000’s we participated in several development projects, as well as, continued in providing building inspections, evaluation reports and supervision of major capital improvement projects for landlords, Coop/Condo and Tenants’ Associations in the City.
Our clientele ranges from small property purchasers of coops/condos, townhouses, to corporate purchasers and institutional lenders of hi-rise office & multi-family buildings, commercial stores & restaurants.
We’ve offered professional consulting advice and knowledgeable services in the areas of Code compliance, curing violations, construction defects, building accidents and major capital improvements to a range of clients including, hi-rise building and townhouse owners, property conversion developers, institutional clients and non-profit organizations.
